Master of the World! Here I am in Your Hands

Having faith isn't easy! Yet, it's the foundation of our Judaism. We live in a world steeped in belief in humanity and its strength. We have the impression that everyone can decide to help another just as easily as they could decide to destroy them. Only those who manage to rise above this prevailing atmosphere and cling to the conviction that everything that happens in this world comes solely from the hand of Hashem can truly claim to receive His help. Everyone, at some point in their life, faces a trial. Hashem confronts some with great trials, while others encounter trials of lesser intensity. However, even small trials require immense energy to overcome. Every trial has meaning and will have repercussions on the quality of our Bitahon (spiritual conduct). The more we live with Hashem and trust in Him, the better we will be able to overcome trials and accept situations without losing our composure or self-control.
